Knee dart block /knee pad help.

I'm having problems with the search, but can anyone give me the measurements for the rectanglar pieces on the side of the knee pads that the knee darts are connected to. Thanks

This part out lined in read. I'm planning on making them myself and adding them to my knee pads. thanks

IMHO, the block is better made from WOOD, since you can carve and cut it very well.

Better made from wood?? You can machine ali very well also get a better finish.
