Anyone else notice that "subtle" first trace of weathering spatter going on there? Alex is even doing that in stages ... that's probably #1 of about 10 !

no really I think it's best to work in stages, before the final weathering effects go on...

Courtousy of Count Dookie... and a few others....plus I have my own tricks I still like to use.

However there will be somethings that will still be hand painted that I just can't get around....like the Right Ear cap for one...hand painted...and other areas..

Yea it's looking really good.

I just started making some ROTJ templates for a few spots myself, some that are just a real pain.

I took a ton of pictures, just haven't gotten around to uploading them.... I know I promised, just seems to be lots to do... the whole project is really coming together..

I liked what Alex had done with it so far... all those little details/shades of Silver and Grey's to highlight distressed metal? Nice touch. 8)
So that said... Get em up Alex...
