Pls do feel free to write a full write up on why our product was 'terrible'.
You claimed that the product didnt fit you.
I assured you that ur products were measured upon completion and we only mail out the product if it has the correct specs.
I offered you to lay out a measuring tape on the areas u claimed were off measurement; u never replied.
We sold over 30 vests over the past few years and yours, was the only one with 'problems', which were not due to quality or workmenship; but your claim that our product was made not to the measurements given by you.
