Next week I'll go to the local postal office so I ask them what I can do.
For now I ask you to have more patience...sometimes they arrived after 1 mounth.

Today i went to the postal office...if I talked to my cat it was the same!
They said me to check in your postal office because meaby the package could be there..
Otherwise the only thing that I can do it's to compile the claim module and wait what happens...
 
Thanks for checking, but still nothing here. If we could find out what shipper has it once it got to the US. Does anyone remember how theirs came in? Hmpotc33 says he had this problem last time on his gauntlet missle???? Hate to be a pain, but need the darts. Hmpotc33 has an event in two weeks!! Please let us know?? Thanks
 
My things from Dark-Side came via USPS, but I had to go to my local post office to pick it up and sign for it. You may want to check your local office if you haven't already, but I'm guessing you guys have.

I also had on instance where they forgot to leave me a little slip saying I had a package (from Seeker) waiting for me to pick-up that he finally tracked down from his end.

USPS has no record of that tracking number. It will be a month tomorrow. Please send new ones and if the others ever show up we will be happy to send them back. Just want our darts??
 
Enough is enough! 30 days no communication-no darts-no nothing. If you can't delivery please refund my 20 Euros Paid in UD Dollars, or deliver the darts. Its been over 30 days and I went through the same shipping delays with my gauntlet missle. I have received items from Germany, Italy, Australia, and UK since I ordered these originally from you. Please advise location and approximate deliver date. Thanks!

I shipped all the stuff the 12-04 and the 14-04 the packages was sent in USA by the Rome air mail agency.
I have the traking number,but i think they are valid only in italy because i think the US postal system,when take the packages,change the traking number.

About the delay,is not my fault and is not a problem of Italian postal office...
Your Packages was sent from Italy the 14-04!I sent a looooot of items in all of the world with the same method and the delivery time is always been 7/10 days!
Now I think the problem is in your postal Offices that doesn't understand how bring to your house a normal package or lost it...


Anyway,tell me how many dollars you spent to pay me in euro (you can check it on your paypal account) and i'll give you back the money.
Same thing for Brad1957 and pane.

If you understand the italian you can read that i shipped it the 12-04 from S.Benedetto Tronto (my town) and the 14-04 was sent in US from the ROMA FCO POSTA AEREA( Rome airmail service).

I have no intention to ship another package.Tell me how many dollars you spent to pay me and I refund your money.

I'm sure the package will show up eventually. I received items on two seperate occasions from Dark Side & yes, they did take awhile, but that is to be expected when shipping Internationally across borders. I know that when I receive items from the USA, I have waited up to 4 weeks & the problem stems from the package getting hung up at the border until it clears Customs. Also, a tracking # from one mail system doesn't apply to another. The Canada Post tracking #'s I use will only update & show the package is en route or delivered once it has crossed over into the US. I'm not taking sides here but don't want to see this spiral out of control when it is clearly a shipping issue & not negligence on a vendor's behalf.

This monday I'll compile a claim module for you too and I'll try to phone to the call center...I sent all the stuff the same day(12-04) and i can't understand what happen...

So,for who want the refund I remember that I leave the 17-05 for the C4 so I can't read the forum.
 
Guys, I have gotten many items for DS and yes, it sometimes takes a while, he on the other side of the Earth from where I live in Indiana. So, I knew it would take a while.

Also, when he sent my stuff, I had to sign for them. You might go to your local post office and see if they are there.
 
I would encourage patience. We wouldn't want to lose a vendor with accurate & good quality parts. The gauntlet dart I received is simply amazing & I have owned 5 different ones. This one will never need an upgrade.
