However, I do have a bunch of scrap black leather after cutting out my vest patterns if anyone needed some for strap ends.Nice! What are you using on the ends of your straps?

All of these assembly methods I've shared are just what I've found to be most efficient/effective after assembling numerous suits for trooping. An example would be attaching the holster assembly to a webbed belt versus directly to the girth belt like the screen used suit. I've found that using the webbed belt helps keep the vest pulling out from under the girth belt with upper body movement, as well as helps distribute the weight of the blasters and thighs from pulling your girth belt down to low. I'm certain there are many other assembly methods used by members here, with Seeker's methods probably being the most screen accurate. [emoji106]Interesting. Do you have a reference for using two straps on the shins? From the pictures in the gallery I could always only make out one strap.
