Vest Is there a tutorial on attaching armor to vest using snaps?

Hi all, just looking for a tutorial an how to attach the armor using snaps. I might have overlooked it but I need help. Thanks

I'm not sure how others did it but I used E-6000 (a really good adhesive) to glue the male ends to the armor and poked small corresponding holes in the vest and crimped the female snaps to that. Hardest part was lining everything up.

I know Bobamaker had a tutorial around here somewhere for snaps, but I forget where it is at the moment (might try doing a search on it)...but if you're still open to other ideas/methods for attaching your armor (and haven't done anything to your vest yet), I've got a tutorial thread using magnets. Magnets are gonna be the route I take when my armor arrives.

Personally I'm a bolt/eyelet type of guy. I don't know how to copy links and post them....computer illiterate.
However, if you look on the homepage and click Member list, look in the. B's on page 10 and find bobamaker.
click his name then search latest posted threads and it's towards the bottom of the page.

I would personally use Chicago screws as they are rounded on both ends - less cutting, and softer on your chest.
