How do I get piping to to stick on scratch built boots

Ok guys, how the heck do I get the piping to stick on a pair of scratch built boots. TK409 mentions regular super glue, but let me tell you, that is just not working for me. Does anyone one else have some good tips?

i use Goop for just about everything i ever glue.

I agree ... Goop is great .. strong but flexible !!

i would recommend some kind of goop or 2 ton epoxy, but I used the 5 pack super glue from Wal-Mart for mine (99 cents). My scratchbuilt boots were a thin suede material ($3 Goodwill!!). It soaked up A LOT of super glue, but in the end it held. I will not lie and say it is permanent because it does pull off
