Are the patches quilted? Placement looks ok, but they should be "puffy".

I 3M sprayed some old t-shirt under it. I've read some used batting or other material, so u went with this

The left one needs to be shorter. Take about an inch off of the bottom.

I scoured the fabric stores, and no one had it. This is a cotton twill. Much better material than what I got from TK409 website..
