that would be brutal...that thing took FOREVER to build. The theory is simple though...cardboard layers that were dremeled into the correct shape, then resined, then a coat of rondo, then lots of sanding, then attaching all the different "layers" of it together. easy. lol. Only took me two weeks...cheers

it's your first one...I've done a lot more... if you keep at it, you'll be able to throw out a helmet in like 8 hours...:wacko (that is actual fact...I timed the different points of a build for a helmet, totalled em up and it was just under 8 hours...of course, that is IF I can stay focussed for eight hours...more like eight seconds...)
