I need help with the rafalfett template.

Does anyone know what color humbrol is the damage of this template? humbrol 103 ????

Striping yellow on the cod piece color template when compaired to the Humbrol color armor guide pictures
is indicated as #99 so that's where I started when painting the yellow damage on the armor.
I did it layered not topical. Check my site -Builders ESB Build
