Help Mounting Shoulder Armor

So I recently received a bobamaker flak vest with the grommets installed. However on the shoulders the flak vest has 3 grommets instead of two. Should I get another flak vest or should I utilize three posts on each shoulder plate. Help me lol

The red circles are where the already mounted bolts are. In the center towards the top is the 3rd grommet.

OK, your shoulder bell is to low. The red circle parts need to be mounted higher

The 3rd grommet will then be hidden under the shoulder bell
