The left cheek had a odd curve to it, when I cut the original t-visor out, it didn't not sit right on the new t-viosr, so I boiled that and straightened that out.the dome was too flat, again I boiled that and rounded it out.

A 1" x 1" CPU fan keeps the T-visor from fogging up.
come spring time I a plan on re-enforce the inside with fiberglass.

I assume that is a DP helmet? You did quite a good job on fixing those problems, it looks lots better. I would like to see a pic of the front of it.
