It's trippy looking all apart like that. That inner sturcture looks like a hockey/spartan mask of some sort.

Okay so I have had a bit on at the mo this is were I am.
So as you can see the sides have been cut in to match the size of the cartoon trooper and the visor is cut back more again as the cartoon one.

Next prime and fill then rub back.
