Finish coat question.

I'm painting my replacement bells right now and was wondering about the final finish. Looking at the exhibition photos it appears to me that they have a semi gloss satin sort of finish and not a dull matt finish. Just finished painting this one and put a satin sealer on it.......opinions? Dull cote or semi? I'm trying to go as detailed and accurate as I possibly can.

Personally I went with a satin finish.

ESB looks more dull to me,so I left my knees and shoulders dull. I tried a semi/satin first,but wasn't so crazy about it.
