Fiberglassing the inside?

I have heard about reinforceing the inside of your helmet with fiberglass. Has anyone done this? anyone have a tutorial? How's it hold up?

I used a fiberglass automotive repair kit to do the inside of my helmet. Just follow the directions on the box

Whoa! That'll work? That's awesome cuz I'll be able to get rid of the flimsiness of my '95 DP bucket...correct?

Is it expensive? And how much of it would I need to get a good thickness?
