WoF has helmet templates, you can download them and make your own earcap. Worst case scenario

I'm not even sure how I'd go about scratch building it. This is my first attempt ever at doing something like this. Are his templates idiot proof? lol...

I'll go look for them now. Thanks, I didn't even consider doing it from scratch.

These templates are VERY user friendly. At any rate the people here would help you out, all you gotta do is ask. but If you go to home depot and get a plastic for sale sign or two, you should have more than enough plastic to make one.

Okay, I think I may be able to save some time from the scratch build. I found a thread on here that shows how to mod the stock ear cap. Hopefully, it will work out the same because the other guys ears are solid, I think. Mine are hollow.
