I actually don't know who any of those characters are. Time to go to Wookiepedia. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to EU Mandalorians. I know, Jango Fett, Fenn shysa, Tobi Dal, Jaster Mareel, Jodo Kast (technically not Mandalorian I know). I just like the figures.

The one in this link is built on an UZI not a MAC 10. I think the figures gun looks more in line with a MAC 10 base, just my opinion though. Should be more clear when we get more pics and from different angles.

That's Scorch from Delta Squad with a black finish. Cylinders attached to his legs and backpack are a dead giveaway.
