Cruzer Jango leg armor project--revisited

Looks like everything is coming along great. "Lorenzo your one stop Jango shop". I like the ring of it. Keep up the great work. You truly are an artist.

Actually the backplate I make now is scaled a little on the larger side, so I doubt I'll make a larger one. It fits 6' tall members like Jango 5204, JDFett, etc. But as far as you 6'+ people are concerned...it's not my fault your so tall now is it?;) I may make a smaller one down the road, but more than likely not a larger one. My current backplate measures 15" across the shoulders so it should be a good fit for most average sized people.:thumbsup:

Thanks FettFanatic. Truth is all of these projects came about by either friends or me needing parts that were unavailable at the time or availability was limited. I do enjoy the building aspect of it all though. The push for this project is a friend and I wanting to eventually make Jango style Mando suits.:thumbsup:

Unfortunately, no. I'm waiting to do all the silicone work at once because it just makes things easier that way. I'm hoping to start on the molds by next week/middle of the month so they're completed by the time I have to return to work due to the school year starting again.:thumbsup:
 
No updates. Going back to work has slowed things significantly and limit my prop time to the weekends. So I need to fill all of my current open orders before I can do any mold making.:thumbsup:
 
Bump! I'm really interested in this and am wondering if you're still planning on going forward with it anytime soon?

Hey mate, I know you're a teacher so just tell you're class you're going to have arts and crafts week and get them going on an assembly line for you. Talk about cheap labor!:lol:
 
I'm hoping this project will continue in about 1-2 weeks, after I have completed my current blaster and holster runs.:thumbsup:

I've received a handful of PMs about making the rest of the leg armor pieces available. All I can say at this time is...how does before the end of the month sound!:thumbsup:
