Connecting 3D printed pieces?

I printed the main part of the jet pack in 4 pieces and each piece is decently heavy. I’d hate for them to come apart from the weight while wearing it. How are you connecting your printed pieces together? I feel like superglue would be too simple of an answer for something like this

99% of the stuff I 3D print is held together with superglue or 5 minute epoxy. If it's something I want to be extra strong I'll "weld" them together with my soldering iron. You can even get even get something like this for even better "welding": Amazon.com
