Commando Droid templates and advice request

Hi All!

Relative Noob to cosplay (I can post last year's if you're interested) but I'm making a budget Commando Droid for next month's MCM Comicon London and need a head template. Anyone got any advice? I'm fairly confident on the body armour and legs but the head is harder. Im going to using cardboard mostly. Thanks

Um... I've gone very basic and haven't even bothered to add a smooth skin so the structure is there. I'm going to add Auresh besh that reads "Card-mando Droid"!

there should be several icons above where you comment. You can click Insert Image or use the Insert media
