Great stuff, more pic's would be cool. This is something I would like to do for my Boy when he's a little older.

I started by folding the bottom parts first and the slowly heated and bent from across the middle upwards.
the shoulders were a nightmare as you need to be quite vigorous when heating and curving them round all whilst pulling the very end outwards.
I used an electric room heater for these armour pieces but have since purchased a heat gun and used that for the Jango parts, hell of a lot easier.
Found a Hasbro blaster for £20, thought it was a pretty good price and so set about painting it....
managed to keep the electronics working after stripping this into pieces....
soaked in really hot water (boiling) to soften the glue and with a bit of effort it comes apart

Ammo belt next and its the first time I've used foam :unsure
Made a template in photoshop and transferred that to 3mm foam sheet from ebay....
Bought a boys brown leather belt, again from eBay and glued these bad boys together with Bostik Contact Adhesive...
next was the painting and so started applying watered down PVA glue to the foam pouches.
A bit trial and error really and seemed to take forever. The PVA glue was for paper and found out that it should be wood PVA glue.
Thought PVA glue was PVA glue :confused

So here is the ammo belt all finished....
theres another pouch to add but it needed repainted.
After 4 or 5 coats of PVA glue I then painted the pouches with grey primer, then satin black and a top coat of the nearest brown to the leather belt.
In this case I used Rover Russet Brown and finished the stitches with a flat brush and white enamel paint....
Cut some dense furniture foam and painted black to insert into the pouches to give them protection from being crushed

Yeah there is a surprising amount of different PVA glues on the market, I'm a fan of Elmer's wood glue.
Does the PVA hold well to the EVA foam? I have always used contact adhesive. (Mind you the you don't get any play like you would with PVA
)

I used the PVA to seal and oat the EVA foam. used contact adhesive to bond the various parts and folds together

Made the jumpsuit by using 2 plain kid sized coveralls, will put up some pics.
been a lot of jumping back and forth with this build as I've slowly been gathering wee bits and pieces.
you know how it goes, you start one part and get halfway through it and realise you need something else to complete it.
