Centaur girth belt in regular stores?

I'm looking at this girth belt http://www.horseloverz.com/Centaur-Non-Slip-Mohair-Girth-pr-179174.html, but the web shop is charging $47 to ship a $17 belt to Norway. That's just too much money to spend on shipping for me! Is there anyone who knows if there's a regular store who have these belts somewhere? I live in Norway, and can't find them here. But there have to be better places to buy this item, or what? :facepalm

Not the right color but significantly cheaper and could easily by spray painted or you could use dye.
