A Delta is a printer that's made to do taller prints, so basically I could cut this jetpack into three tall pieces, or just one if the printer was tall enough. The delta I'm working on building can print entire suits of armor. I got a MK5 suit I'm dying to print
Is there a way you could share the stls? I've been slicing and dicing at these models but no matter how clean I get them the don't quite work...it'd be a great help, but if not , carry on and share progress!

The only one I had trouble with, was the lower tank caps...they were a super tight fit. Everything else was just the quirks of splitting files and fitting them together. I'm lucky with the glue I used...bonded the parts within 10 seconds solid...allows me to work with corners and such while it hardens.
As promised, here's the files that I split. They're cut to fit on a 230X150X140 bed. If you need them smaller, just download the jetpack and load it into Netfabb like I did, and slice away. I believe these should all be cleaned up, but you'll have to orient them how you want. Like I said before, there's a couple of parts that use a lot of support...apologies, but I couldn't do it any other way. I've also included a pic for each file showing where it goes. If you have any problem with the files, let me know. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9KWC9Fh6ZOwNXJQZWozaEJtTlU/view?usp=sharing
Mine is about 6 lbs. You could probably drop it down to 4 if you did ABS, two walls, and 5% infill. I used PLA, with four walls, and 20% infill...because PLA is considerably more brittle, but you don't have the warp /shrink factor.
