Okay so I just acquired a list of things from another user and am modifying it any ideas and tips are welcome thanks i need the balaclava or however you say it one problem I am having is how to meet the back armor to front top armor properly should it over lap ect...? Thanks guys also I am located in the Atlanta Ga area for you who's closest to me lol or idea about acquiring more parts close or easy to here... Happy hunting... Cant wait to wear this to Dragon Con 2016

The collar armor overlaps the back armor and is attached via 4 square "keyboard key" nuts, or should appear that it does. RF's misc templates at this link show the details:
