I stitched all the leather pieces myself. To get the folds, I just stitched a thin piece of foam inside the two leather pieces.

My printed helmet is small. I can just squeeze into it. But I have to leave the visor unglued at the bottom to allow a bit of flexing. With hindsight I would have made it 10% bigger.

I dont know if I had a faulty tube bud.. but the contact adhesive I bought just wouldn't stick. Never goes off.

I cut some card to get the right shape. Then traced this onto the visor. A dremel with a cutting disk works a treat. 10 minute job.. bit of sanding job done.

Excellent photographs pal. Looks like there is some serious velcro holding that armour in place. Not sure if it will work on a live model..it may flop around. I have the under garments..currently working on the armour parts. Anyone got any tips please?
