Ongoing Dispute Between Darth Vader Actor David Prowse, And Lucasfilm.

It's actually due to Prowse constantly badmouthing Lucas
and his company, also the 501st has been asked not to
escort him at events etc. While in armor

He's not the only original cast or crew person I've heard bad mouth Lucas or LFL. At an FX panel years ago, I heard one of the giants of SFX who worked on Star Wars utter this quote concerning Lucas and the film:

"Never have so many worked so hard to make so much money for so few."

The panel turned out to be something of a gripe-fest. Probably shouldn't plan on seeing that guy at CV either.

I heard somewhere that this guy (Prowse) voiced all of Darth Vader's lines during his scenes, and thought his was going to be Vader's voice when the movie was finished...? Does this dispute have something to do with LFL casting Jones to do all the voiceovers for Vader's lines? I'll be the first to admit that I know next to nothing about these ongoing disputes between Prowse and LFL lol, but it was just a thought I had.

yeah that was a large part of prowse's complaint

Well it was said that he got into hot water with Lucasfilm back in 1983 when a reporter tricked him into revealing part of the plot for Return of The Jedi before the movie was released. The supposed information that he gave the reporter was about the death of Darth Vader, (Prowse denies ever leaking the info) but Uncle George was furious about it. (He also begged Lucas to play the part of Darth Vader again in Revenge of The Sith, but Lucas refused.)

Here's an article that talks more about it:

I had heard that Prowse said that LFL decided to go with Jones's voice just to appease the NAACP.
If he did say this, it's stuff like that doesn't make him many friends. I think he is just getting more and more bitter as time goes on.

I don't know how true that is, after all if you've ever seen any of the clips with Prowse's voice before it was over dubbed with Jone's voice you can really see why they chose not to use Prowse for the voice....he had the physique to make Vader intimidating and powerful but his voice was very much not up to the task.

David Prowse's actual voice before James Earl Jones's voice was used.

James Earl Jones talks about doing the voice for Darth Vader.
