bcurtis's 501st approved ESB Fett. (BH-53053)

Great looking suit and congratulations for the approval!

There are some small fixes you should do to the jetpack, more exactly the light beacon, the dental file and the 2 rectangular pieces on the center part:

the only issue i can see with changing the dental file color is that per the 501st CRL for ESB Boba, blue is required and could jeopardize a level 3 approval...

"For level three certification (if applicable):
Jetpack has accurate Micro Mego Dental File (or cast replica) blue in color in front of stabilizer."

thats why i haven't changed mine, though i do agree it is green, not blue.

Level 1 is good enough for me. It's hard for me to settle once I know how it should be. You know what I mean, J. It's like a sickness.

Wow what a Fett! Looks great bcurtis, and congrats!! Which Garrison are you a part of to troop in DC? I am a recruit in Garrison Tyranus if you're with them now! (I've been visiting their site and see they do a few things in DC so wasn't certain if there are others that troop there nearby as well)

that's why I have both versions of the file. One for the accuracy the other for the approval LOL

I am in the Old Line Garrison. Looking forward to hopefully meeting you on a troop.

It has taken me three years to get to this point. It's all worth it now, but it was a long process. I'm happy with the results.

Great attention to detail. I'm sure the Jeremy Bulloch hair style did not go unnoticed by the judges.:)

Hey Team!!

This is more or less just to represent a more comparable image representation. Since the dental file is so small it is hard to get a good feel for it's actual color. All that I have tried to do is put the dental file into a larger spectrum and compare that across the jetpack color spectrum. I chose this photo because it is one of the larges files I could find and it is well lit for comparison.

I am still under the impression that the Dental File is more of a blueish tinge in comparison to the varying color of the jetpack.

Maybe someone can do a better and more accurate comparison. I just did this for myself originally but wanted to post to see what others see in this comparison.
