I don't think so, the nose shapes are different. The eyes do sort of remind me of the 9th doctor. If you were a David Tennet look-a-like you could also dress up as Bartmus Crouch Jr, from Harry Potter.

Funny you should mention that... Mirax and I had to make a mad dash for the artmobile last year after someone almost ran over us and I very stupidly hauled off and kicked in the doorpanel of their car... scary stuff in downtown Atlanta...
