What's the easiest way to make a cod?

I'm using WoF's templates, I have the two peices cut out of sintra and wondering how everyone else has done it. Should I fill it with an expanding foam and bondo it later? Should I cut peices to go around the bottom? I'm trying to finish it in a hurry so any advice would be great. Thanks

When I made my sintra cod I used a couple of squares of sintra as spacers to get the raised portion and countersunk a a couple of pop rivets to hold it together. I then used "kitty hair" the fiberglass reinforced bondo stuff to get the initial fill in between the pieces, the used the regular filler and skim coat to finish it off.

It takes me about 2 days to make a Cod, I usually pack too much on, then dremel off, then apply more to smooth it out, then sand it
