Visor question ?

Hi

Just want to run my visor idea past you folks

I think I have figured out a idea to make the perfect visor ( I doubt it is a new idea though ) ..... has anyone ever used/made a shaping jig/thing with which to shape the heated acrylic sheeting ( or whatever that plastic stuff is called ?).
That way a person could knock out a visor whenever they needed one .

Like I said I rather doubt it is a new idea

I was thinking of using wood as the shaping block/thing .... it seems like a practical enough idea

I've seen some on ebay where the seller has a steel or wooden template so you can make multiple visor cuts the same every time.
