Visor instilation

Just like when we talk in person, Jodo_Kast....only listening to/reading half of what I say..... :rolleyes :p

Hmmmm....hose huh. That's probably a good idea...but I would think it would be hot. And....I avoid wearing the dang things on my legs like the plague. I'm not sure how much more I'd like it on my head.....LOL More importantly though, when I make kids cry.....completely by accident of course....I've been known to remove the bucket. That really wouldn't be possible with nylons on my head....they'd just scream louder!

I wish I could add light to this topic . . .

I had to do lots of modifying with my dremel tool.

I cursed alot and I think I even made up some new

curse words. This was the hardest thing for me to do

that involved this Jango suit.

Well, I'm currently tackling a visor install on my JD Jango helmet. I bought one of those pre-cut visors on e-bay, but I still had to do some trimming on the visor to get it to fit right.

I plan on using some two part epoxy to attach stand-off's inside my helmet. Then I can just drill holes in the visor and use nuts to hold the visor down. That way, it's removable and held in place a little better.

The problem I'm running into is there isn't much visor area left for me to drill holes into. I'm thinking about using bent aluminum plates to hold down the nose and mouth part of the visor and the stand-offs for the part above the eye section.

I know it sounds confusing, but I'll post pics if I can actually make this work.
