Oh no you got holes in your fingers!!!
I'm sure I am not alone here, as I've seen many other trooping Fetts with the swiss cheese gloves.
Gloves ain't cheap, and good ones are hard to come by so I try and close up holes when they happen to extend the life as best I can.
Luckily this is really easy to do with a needle and thread.

First step flip the glove inside out, If the hole is in a finger I like to put a pen or something inside to fill out the shape a bit.

Then with the glove inside out, pinch the hole together and take a needle and thread and whip stitch down the hole (a stitch that loops over, always entering on the same side, and exiting out the other side). Start a little below the hole and continue looping all the way past the end of the hole.

Take care not to catch the finger pads. I like to double back just for more strength.

Then tie off the thread and flip the glove back out and your done!

You are now ready to get back to troopin' and make new holes!
