Hello everyone !! :)

Few weeks ago, I've started working on my Mandalorian helmet :)

The helmet is now done so time to show it to you :p

This project has been a collab with a friend who made the 3D file (StormProps on FB) only for me. And then I did the finish work, mold, resine cast and painting :)

Wow, if the glass part came down further (just to be accurate to the show) this would be the PERFECT replica. What a great paint job and everything! Can you take a side view pic?

If it was fiberglass and the visor was flush with the mandible, I would buy one!

The visor on this one is just a personnal choice. You just have to glue it lower on your kit and the problem is solved ;)

And fiberglass don't always mean high quality. You can have a very good quality cast with polyurethane too !

Do these come painted and finished with visor installed?

Will polyurethane warp in the rain or humid conditions ?

Right now I only do raw cast orders until I finish fully finished helmets already ordered.

And no it don't warp. But generally you don't let expensive props in humid conditions... ^^
