I paid on the same day and have not received my 2 shirts yet either, I sent an email to MIAD as well but have not had any response.

I just got off the phone with MIAD. Andrea said that there were a couple orders that were lost after delivery to the post office. She is going to send my order out again. Unfortunately, I won't be getting my 'Angels' shirt, as they're now out of my size. Bummer.
