Stormtrooper Boba Fett

I was thinking of make a Boba Fett Costume in his white armor. This would be the prototype armor seen here Star Wars Boba Fett Prototype Armor Mailaway | eBay . Does anyone know how to use the stencils and templates seen on the board? What sort of printer and paper do you use? Any help would be great.

Wizardofflight has all the templates you will need, just find your size, and print it on heavy paper. Cut them out, and put them onto whatever material you're gonna make the suit out of

Ok, so I can print them out, then cut them out. Transfer that to say cardboard or some other flexible material and assemble. Then fiberglass it and sand?

Basically, yeah. Sintra (PVC foamboard) might be a better option.
