Yes, that is the pattern that I start with the Kwik Sew 3389. You can buy it on Hancock's Fabric website and the shipping is free.

This pattern is designed to be worn over other other clothes so if you measure for a large, you will need to cut at the medium lines on the pattern, and the same for each size.
