Shaping the armour

Sorry if this is a repeat, I'm new to TDH.

I was was wondering if there was a simple method to achieve the proper curve to the armor plates? I am especially having problems with the back piece.

I am using 1/8 inch sintra sheet.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

There is a link here started by T_Bone9600... he wrapped his torso in duct tape to make a model. Then shaped his armor over that. Hope this helps!

Sintra is very tricky to work with, especially if its already been heated up and shaped, reshaping it is very hard because it has already melted and reached the melting temperature and cooled.

The only way to get a good result is to heat it up and press it over a hard surface.

Use a heat gun so you can heat each section you need to shape individually. Should make it a lot easier.
