ROTJ Jetpack lower decals

I'm looking through the gallery and it seems that in some pics, Boba's jetpack has the three lower sets of alien writing decals, and in some pics, they're not there.

Is there an official word on this?

Sorry, that doesn't answer my question. I'm not looking for what the letters mean. The question is that on some props the symbols are there. On others, they are not. Is there an explanation for this?

Yes...on some of the screen used packs they put em on there some they were weathered more and were not there...the MOM pack has em the AOSW pack doesnt...the PP1 pack has them very clear

F4R is correct. If you look at some shots the letters have been weathered/painted over and appear faded. Multiple packs, multiple paintjobs.

On mine I went by the AOSW and didnt put them in the blue areas, but some people go by the MOM pics, they were both used in the ROTJ film so neither is wrong but depends on which scene u go by...or what u like better. The SE one in the promo pics i think is the AOSW

I'm gonna chime in on this.
The AOSW pack does have them, They very light and almost non-existent, but they are there.
The AOSW pack is the same as the pack in the Heilman pics, and they are clearly visible here;

They have just faded somehow.
