Rebels Fun-Project: Kanan Jarrus Shoulder Armor - Fullmetal

After watching some of the Rebels stuff it came to my attention that the Protagonist Kanan wears some sort of Durasteel Armor.....

F*** it! Why not?

Draw some Pattern

And cut them Via AngleGrinder

The material is 1,5mm thick Aluminum

Now the easier work

As Color I used RAL6031 "bronzegreen" - its the Green that NATO Tanks use.

I had to use some Metalputty to cover some of the drilled wholes that hide the Connections for the Leatherstraps.



I dont plan doing a Kanan Cosplay so thats it
