Preventing Gauntlets From Rolling On Arm?

I have some football pads I was going to try under the jumpsuit, but I am not sure thats going to work well either

Do most of you just have them cut down to fit your arm better, how about those of you around the smaller frame size, where cutting them would make them not work well.... what have you all done? Velcro on the suit and underside of gauntlets?

I have Ruffkin Boba gauntlets, and I got some of that weatherstripping foam from Home Depot in a 1" thickness and used some 3M spray adhesive to glue strips of that inside each gaunt. Four strips per gauntlet.
It's spongy enough to be comfortable, and it's "grippy" enough to hold onto the fabric of my flightsuit sleeves.

Myself, I just cut pieces of the thicker foamie sheets and CA glued them in certain spots to keep the gauntlets from rolling. Works well.

I just have 1" foam wrapped inside of the gauntlet. I don't even glue or secure it in there, I just let it set.

Like most, I went with foam as well. But mine are velcro on, strip style [3 of em].
