New Hunter
Hello all,
Martin here, been a Star Wars fan all my life. Got a TM ANH stunt Stormtrooper kit that I built and joined the 501st with in 2011. It was later upgraded with an RS Propmasters helmet, and I "trooped" actively for close to ten years.
In 2013/2014 I built two full size Han in Carbonite's, one for me and one for a friend. Mine has been hanging in a bar downtown for close to ten years now and I'm keen to get it back home.
I also wanted a Boba Fett costume back then, but the cost was prohibitive, so it was put on the back burner.
Now that I'm all grown up with a disposable income that itch has started appearing again. so I thought I'd start by ordering a helmet and painting it up myself. I have an ESB on order from Bobamaker and have been reading a lot on this forum for the past week, reading up on different painting techniques and what colours to use (something that seems to be quite secretive).
I'll probably be asking around a bit and getting more involved as the project progresses
The last few years I've also made a floating Jedi Training Remote with lights (3D modeled and printed):
And a Thermal Detonator (also 3D modeled and printed):
Looking forward to sinking my teeth into Boba Fett!
