New vest/armor & tweaks before ComicCon

Just putting the finishing touches on my cold cast armor and helmet. The vest is Ladysewforus. I provided a steelblue colored automotive vinyl and then weathered it down with some charcoal SEM. This updated from my prior vest with Rub-n-Buff armor. I'll be sportin this at SDCC. I also updated my smaller 2" belt to a 3" belt for a better proportional fit to my 6 ft frame.

I'm curious about the cold cast, what did you do with the edges where you have cut through the cold cast & the resin & fiberglass layers are exposed?
Did you paint or Rub'nBuff the edge?
