Forgive me if this is posted elsewhere, I haven't seen any reference to it yet, but I'm curious to know - is the little metal button on the right cheek a "found item" or do people have to make them from scratch?

The cheek "mole" is indeed a found item. It's part of a "Borden connector" used for dental tools. If you do a search for Borden you should find a lot of info, including a few links on where you can buy one. :)
 
Great work guys as always, love the way this new bucket looks. I am just glad that i have not purchased a bucket yet, it will now make it that much easier to make a decision, or will it?

Too many choices, but i know which one has the edge.

Fan-freaking-tastic! I love this new helmet. I have been chomping at the bit waiting to see these pics and I have to say they were worth the wait. I will have to own one of these as soon as it comes out...after all I have a MSH1 and a MSH2.

Now Alex, you said the helmet has the ESB brow wave but I am not really seeing it in the pics is it just me or a trick of the camera or what?

Thanks superjedi! I will indeed start searching for the borden connector. I somehow doubt my own scratch-built will be *quite* as nice as the one in this topic, but I'm gonna give it my best.
