NeoFett servo help required!

I had some trouble with a NeoFett lights and servo kit. Long story short, she very graciously sent me a replacement mini circuit board with the lights pre soldered, I just had to solder the wires to it which I did today with success. However, I’ve run into a new problem which is that the servo & lights are out of sync and I don’t know how to sync them back up.

So currently, when I hit the alco switch the lights turn on but the servo moves counter clockwise which would put the rangefinder in the up position. When I turn the lights off, the servo moves clockwise putting the stalk in the down position.

Does anyone know how to correct the sequence so that the servo moves clockwise when the lights come on?

There is a little switch on the main board that toggles what position the lights come on.

Correct, I started putting them on top in later revisions.

Tried this, the switch doesn’t seem to do anything? I’ve tried flicking the switch while the board is on and off. I tried getting the servo into the up position, then turning the board off but as soon as I turn it back on, the servo goes down on its own.
