Just wanted to post a quick pic of me in my Zam.. thanks to everyone here and the great tutorials and threads I was able to complete my costume!

I don't have neoprene yet, but I made my under suit with spandex and layered up some sweat wicking material underneath to give the thickness. The greeblies are from JDFett here.

Whoa, super awesome! How long did it take you? And what did you make the shin guards/wrist plates of? I've heard a few different methods.

Hey, sorry for the late response. The shin guards and wrist plates are from Mon Cal that I finished off.
