My RS Prop ROTJ build

TK11468

New Hunter
I took my RS build out in public for the first time last weekend.

My foam helmet padding shifted because I secured it temporarily with some tape. After some wear and sweat the padding no longer sat where I originally had it and it made my bucket sit low and forward quite a bit. I have to fix that.

I also gouged my left knee the week before the convention and now have a mega scrape on it that I need to fix it. (sob) Do you recommend I completely redo the knee or is there a way I can fix it without sanding and redoing the whole thing? Dart launchers on left knee also need to be swapped.

Aside from those two issues I’d love your feedback.

Can you post better pictures of the damage on the knee?

Yeah please post pics, from what I can see there’s no gouge and obviously not noticeable from these pictures so there’s probably no need to redo the knee. Besides, damage from cons is the best type of weathering I think :)

The top knee has a big red mark from smacking into a chair.
