Well here is my attempt to re-size the Hasbro helmet for my son. The problem I ran in to was my sons head (crown) isn't proportioned to his body so it looks a little large but he's happy. I didn't finish the earpieces in time so I bolted the Hasbro helmet ones on just so he can go to our local Sat trick or treating event. I will have smaller one on by Monday
