Hey you guy’s some serious work going on here! I just wanted to post my first go at a helmet. I 3d printed it in 4 parts and grafted them together, then LOTS of sanding! The helmet was drawn by Christopher Kouvelis on thingyverse.
I designed the t visor in illustrator and laser cut it and then thermo formed it. I then used the amazing stencils by RafalFett. Not quite right but got my head around it now. I opened the stencils in illustrator and laser cut them on vinyl transfer film. This works quite well so you don’t pull any paint off. I re drew the range finder in solidworks and 3d printed it and made a circuit with a tilt switch I found on the internet.
My next build will hopefully my own design.
