Mandalorian Klingon Mashup

I am doing a Mandalorian KLingon Mashup. I am pretty sure I will not qualify for membership in the Mandalorian Mercs as my choice of material to build my armor and helmet is cardboard and spackle. I am reluctant to use any type of foam as I have concerns about the gasses they release when heated.
