Knee atatchment

Hi Fetts

I have a set of FP vac formed knees and I need to fasten the elastic on to them. What tips can anyone give me on how to do it?

Use snaps and a piece of 1 inch elastic. I'll post pictures of mine this afternoon.

i have elastic with velcro, and it pops off all the time. i've been meaning to replace it with snaps, but haven't yet.

i do not vote velcro myself.

i do suggest putting some velcro on the knee of your suit, and on the inside of the armor. that will prevent it from slipping down your leg / turning around on you.

I hot glued/epoxied/ca glued (choose one) the elastic to mine, then added velcro to the inside of the knee armor with corresponding pieces sewn on the knees of my jumpsuit. Snaps sound good too.

since I have MOW rubber knees I have the snap method for the elastic, but I've also secured some extreme velcro to the inside of the knees and to the jumpsuit. it will help a great deal during troops etc. Before I did this my knees were always sliding down.

Snaps definately!!!! Also put a pice of velcro on the front inside that can attach to the jumpsuit as everyone suggested!!!

I have never used velcro on the knee, but I use snaps with the elastic. I am sure that the velcro will help out though, I have seen many Fetts use it.
